A few years ago, I was the one asking for advice at every meeting. Now, as a Pro Member, one of my favourite parts of Women Mean Biz is being able to give some of that back.
Mentoring isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about being honest about what worked, what didn’t, and reminding someone that the wobbly, uncertain early stages of running a business are completely normal.
If you’re a few years into your business journey, I’d really encourage you to consider it. And if you’re just starting out, don’t be shy about asking — most of us are only too happy to help.
